Warranty & Registration Policy
All applicable services carried out by Starr City Customs are covered by a 3-year warranty, subject to the terms and conditions below.
Warranty Registration (Mandatory)
To activate the warranty it must be registered via the form below within 30 days of the installation date. If not registered within 30 days, no warranty coverage will apply and any future faults will be chargeable.
First 6 Months Coverage
Within the first 6 months from the date of installation, any fault or defect related to:
- Parts supplied by Starr City Customs
- Our installation workmanship
will be repaired free of charge, including both parts and labour.
After 6 Months (Up to 3 Years)
After the initial 6-month period and up to 3 years from the installation date:
- Parts supplied by us remain covered under warranty
- Labour costs will apply for diagnosis, removal, refitting or reinstallation
Warranty Terms & Conditions
- All warranty work must be carried out solely by Starr City Customs.
- Warranty applies only to parts supplied and installed by us.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, water ingress not related to our installation, wear and tear, third-party modifications, or vehicle software updates is not covered.
- Customer-supplied parts are excluded unless explicitly agreed in writing prior to installation.
- Proof of purchase and valid warranty registration may be required.
This warranty reflects our commitment to professional workmanship, OEM-level standards and reliable aftercare. Failure to register within 30 days voids cover entirely.
