These terms govern your use of the Starr City Customs website, online shop, bookings and installation services. By placing an order or booking, you agree to these terms. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

2. Orders & contract formation

A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order by email or in person. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where pricing errors, stock issues, or fraud indicators are present, with a full refund.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order via our payment processor. Installation deposits secure your slot and are deducted from the final invoice.

4. Installations

• Quoted timelines are estimates; we will keep you informed of any delays.
• Any additional work outside the original quote will be agreed in writing first.
• The vehicle must be presented in a safe, drivable condition with valid insurance and MOT.
• Some modifications may affect the manufacturer's warranty — we'll advise where this applies.

5. Cancellations & returns

Consumers have a 14-day right to cancel online product orders under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, starting from the day you receive the goods. See our Refund Policy for full details, including exclusions for bespoke or installed items.

6. Warranty

Eligible installations are covered by our 3-year warranty — see the Warranty page. Manufacturer warranties apply to products as supplied.

7. Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order or service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. loss of use, lost profits) to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to misuse the site (e.g. attempts to gain unauthorised access, automated scraping, uploading malicious content). We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, logos) is owned by or licensed to Starr City Customs and may not be reused without permission.

10. Complaints

We aim to resolve any complaint within 14 days. Please contact us via the contact form. If unresolved, UK consumers may refer disputes to an Alternative Dispute Resolution provider.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
